Refund Policy

How does it work?

We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from clarifyhome. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we gladly offer the option to return the product.

Return Conditions:

  • Items should preferably be returned in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order. Once approved, you have 7 days to ship the product back.

  • The buyer covers the return shipping costs.

1. Register Your Return
You may initiate a return only within the first 14 days after receiving your order.
In your email, please include:
– Reason for return
– Order number
– Name/address details as they appear on the order
Ensure the product is in its original condition/packaging.

2. Packaging
Pack your items securely. Remember to remove or cover the old shipping label.
Instructions:

  • Repackage the product as you received it.

  • Ensure the package is well-protected to reach clarifyhome undamaged.

  • Print the packing slip and include it inside the return package.

  • Cover the original shipping label with the return label.

3. Shipping
Drop off the package at a post office. Keep the receipt until we process your return.
You are responsible for shipping and ensuring the return package reaches us properly! We cannot assume responsibility for unregistered packages that fail to arrive.

4. Refund
After receiving your return, we will inspect the product for any damage or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price within 5 business days via your original payment method.

Pack the item carefully, preferably in its original packaging. Ensure the package is properly sealed. You are legally obligated to handle the product with care to avoid damage. clarifyhome reserves the right to claim compensation for damages resulting from insufficient packaging. This means we may charge additional costs if the product shows signs of use.
