These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by the entrepreneur and to all distance contracts and orders concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer shall be informed before the conclusion of the distance contract that the General Terms and Conditions are available for inspection at the entrepreneur's premises and will be sent free of charge to the consumer as soon as possible upon request.
If the distance contract is concluded electronically, notwithstanding the preceding paragraph and before the conclusion of the distance contract, the text of these General Terms and Conditions may be made available to the consumer electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily read it and store it on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible, before the conclusion of the distance contract, the consumer shall be informed where the General Terms and Conditions can be accessed electronically and that they will be sent to the consumer free of charge, electronically or otherwise, upon request.
If, in addition to these General Terms and Conditions, specific product or service conditions apply, the second and third paragraphs shall apply accordingly, and the consumer may always invoke the provision most favorable to them in the event of conflicting General Terms and Conditions.
If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are at any time wholly or partially invalid or void, the remaining provisions of the contract and these General Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or void provision shall be replaced without delay by mutual agreement with a provision that comes as close as possible to the original provision.
Situations not covered by these General Terms and Conditions shall be assessed "in the spirit" of these General Terms and Conditions.
Any uncertainty regarding the interpretation or content of one or more provisions of our General Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted "in the spirit" of these General Terms and Conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this shall be explicitly stated in the offer.
The offer is non-binding and without obligation. The contractor has the right to modify and adjust the offer.
The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow the consumer to make a proper assessment of the offer. If the entrepreneur uses images, these are a true representation of the products and/or services offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.
All images and specifications in the offer are indicative and cannot form grounds for compensation or dissolution of the contract.
Product images truthfully represent the products offered. The contractor cannot guarantee that the colors displayed exactly match the actual colors of the products.
